Kick Starting your day
- No cellphones or laptops in the bedroom the night before.
- Buy an alarm clock.
- Create a morning routine.
- Do not leave your bedroom without brushing your teeth and a cold shower, it sets the tone for a productive day.
- Clothing is part of being productive, you feel fresher. PJs trick your brain into leisure mode.
- Include a visual cue to tackle the day ahead. (I have “Play like a champion today” on my door frame. It helps me get into a high-performance mode.)
Setting the right environment

- Maintain to-do lists (The top three rows should list the most important tasks).
