- Things that excite you.
- Your wisdom, unique experiences, thoughts.
- Things that challenge you.
- Not everything they say, the book you read or the webinar you see has meaningful impact.
- Extract 3-5 bullet points in any conversation.
- Don’t store what you can google.
- Experience life and ask your self does it have any application to my mission, goal, or product that I am working at.
- Phones even on desk will steal your attention subconsciously.
- For important meetings, take notes with pen and paper.
- PARA – Projects, Areas, Resources, Archives.
- CODE – Capture, Organize, Distill, Express
